For our customers who have been using Act! over the years, will more than likely have lots of data in tabs, store in the Act! database.
If you would rather continue using Act! as a master database for this information, but need integration in your service desk software, we have the answer all ready for you to use. Based on customer feedback, we’ve integrated Act! to assist in smoothing the transition to Halo Service Desk long term.
Display tabs from Act! as tabs in our Halo Service Desk program, and it comes equipped with an auto data synchronisation. Whilst Halo Service Desk has a great CRM database, stay with Act! whilst you migrate.

- Migrate to Halo Service Desk knowing that you can integrate with act!
- Display all of the tabs from act! in Halo Service Desk to refer to, as necessary.
- Once integrated, use auto data sync to keep Halo Service Desk updated with the latest info.
