Halo Service Desk Continuum Integration
Integrate Continuum with Service Desk to work side by side with a continuous sync of tickets, actions and much more.
Halo Service Desk can import Assets and Clients from your Continuum instance. It can do this whilst keeping tickets and actions in sync between the two databases.
Not only can Halo Service Desk sync tickets and actions straight through to your Continuum platform, it can also sync these actions back to Halo Service Desk from your Continuum platform. This seamless and comprehensive integration therefore allows for total communication and collaboration on important tickets stored on both platforms.
As with the majority of Halo Service Desk integrations, our integration with Continuum was motivated by customer demand. We listened and understood that a comprehensive integration that allowed the syncing of Sites, Ticket Types, Categories, Statuses, Priorities and Assets was necessary for it to be useful for our clients.
- The Continuum integration works through mappings.
- For example, if a status if found with an identical name in both databases, Halo Service Desk will automatically choose to map the Continuum status to the same status in Halo Service Desk.
- You have total control over which status in Continuum matches to which status in Halo Service Desk however, meaning it is wholly customizable.
Once you have done this, unless you wish to edit the values, you wont have to lift a finger as the sync between Continuum and Halo Service Desk can be run on a scheduled task.
