Founded in 1994, Halo Service Solutions is a fast-growing software company, building innovative service management platforms for a global audience. Our experienced team has worked with prestigious organisations based in over 50 countries around the world, varying in size from small start-ups to multi-national household names such as Innocent Drinks, Sports Direct and SKY TV. We have ambitious plans to scale quickly over the next few years and you could be an integral part of that journey!
Our entire team works on our service desk product; developing, selling, supporting, managing and implementing the program all in-house. We are one team with our own specialities, and we support each other to work together to deliver an end-to-end service.
Our HQ is in Stowmarket (United Kingdom), and we have satellite offices in Washington (USA), and Melbourne (Australia). This means we can provide a world class service to our customers based across the globe, enabling us to focus on the growing international demand for our product. If international travel is your thing, there will be plenty of opportunities!

1. What are the Entry Requirements?
In order to apply to the Halo Graduate scheme, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 2:1 in any discipline, ideally maths, science or computing related. Stronger applicants will also have a masters degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong A-Level grades or equivalent,
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Available to work full-time.
- Have graduated in the last 2 years or are yet to graduate in 2022.
- Customer service experience.
- Good all-round basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
